To initiate the pet travel process, you will be required to pay a one-time Service Fee. Once the payment has been made, our team will collect detailed information about your travel plans and pet(s), including their vet records. We will communicate with your vet to ensure that all the vaccination requirements are met, and we will also provide guidance on purchasing a suitable travel crate. Our experts will then collaborate with you to finalize the safest and most convenient route for your pet(s) to reach their final destination.
#2 Creating a plan and timeline for your pet's travel.
After discussing your travel requirements, we will create a personalized Travel Plan and Timeline which will include different travel route options, cost estimates, and updates regarding travel restrictions. This will help you and your loved ones to make well-informed decisions. We will also finalize the date of your pets’ travel, take care of any necessary government authorizations and quarantine requirements, and work closely with your veterinarian to ensure all required checkups and vaccinations are completed.
#3 Travel Schedule
After you have thoroughly reviewed and approved your Travel Plan and Timeline, our team will take care of all the travel bookings with airlines, ground transport partners, and boarding facilities. We will also submit all the necessary paperwork and finalize your Pet Travel Itinerary. You will be billed in as few installments as possible for your pet(s)’ required costs, which will include travel reservations, mailing fees, and government processing fees.
#4 Travel Monitoring and Assistance
We understand how important your furry friend or friends are to you and that’s why we take the responsibility of coordinating their travel very seriously. No matter where they’re headed, we work closely with all travel partners to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will receive regular updates about their trip, and in case of any last-minute changes, we will immediately adjust their itinerary to ensure a hassle-free journey.
#5 Residential Integration and Adaptation
As you embark on your journey, we’ll provide you with helpful tips for preparing for travel and getting accustomed to your new home. When pets are adjusting to a new environment, they may exhibit some unusual behaviors that require your attention, while others are completely normal. Having done this countless times before, we are well-equipped to help you make a smooth transition.
